Digital contacting conductivity sensor housed in a 316 stainless steel body for low-conductivity boiler and condensate monitoring. The sensor provides wide-range conductivity measurement, built-in temperature sensing, and is supplied with a digital gateway and extension cable for integration with digital controllers.
- Nominal cell constant 0.5 cm⁻¹ for low-conductivity applications.
- Measures from ultra-pure water (0.057 μS/cm) up to 200,000 μS/cm.
- Accuracy ±2% of reading above 200 μS/cm and Pt1000 RTD temperature accuracy ±0.1 °C.
- 3/4 in male NPT thread for standard installation and 72.39 mm immersion depth.
- Supplied with a digital gateway, fixed cable, and a digital extension cable for easy integration.
- Operating range -20 to 200 °C and pressure rating up to 20.7 bar.
- Repeatability and sensitivity of 0.5% support reliable process control.
